“Journey of Hope”
Sunday 8th Jan 2012.
A huge crowd gathered on a cold January morning –
and processed led by the Pascal Candle and the infant Jesus –
both of which survived damage in the fire 6 days earlier -
from St. Catherine’s, Meath St. to John’s Lane Church –
where a warm welcome awaited them.
At this point no one knew how long St. Catherine’s
would be out of commission but people were reminded
that Meath St. would continue to be Parish
and together would get through this.
The “Hope” on this day was –
That at some date in the future the return journey would take place.
